    Playing devils advocate, would you not feel better in your 'own' place even if it was 'one-bedroomed' rather than staying where you are now with the memories there. A new start? Not an easy decision in your situation, I do understand this and my thoughts are with you. :(

    Yes I would, but within a reasonable time-frame, not so close to Mum's death. Also I desperately want to stay in or close to this area, my Permitted Work is here, as are my friends and "support network".
