software wont load help please?

Hi, I am hoping someone will be able to help me... few months ago I got a software sign cut and it downloads etc and when i click run it does all that installs etc.. but the folder is empty! Sign cut tried thier best to help me even sent me a zip file but to no avail.. I gave up but then the other day I tred to load another software same thing keeps happening I must ahve something in my computer that blocks it!! I was advised to turn my firewall off whilst loading the sing cut file that did not even help. :mad:

What software are you trying to load?
And by load, do you mean install?

Which version of Sign Cut are you downloading?
What OS are you running, and is it compatble with the download?

yes install...I am using windows ...it wont install any software I tried to load avg and it refuses to accept it

it wont even open a pdf for a job application either

I think it is windows xp thank you for the link i am now downloading anti malware hopefully it will install

same thing is happening again i click programm file click malware click tools then it says empty its exactly the same as the sign cut files

when did this start happening, which antivirus and firewall, have you got any backups, or reinstallation discs, or factory restore partition?
