Drainage repair costs

Hi
I am moving to a block of flats where we share the costs of repairs. I have received notice that the following work (listed below) needs doing. However, I have absolutely no idea how much to expect this will cost - Can anyone help? I only need a very rough idea - I would like to know are we talking thousands? tens of thousands?
Any ideas on the cost of this would be appreciated!
-Rerounding and relining works from manhole 2 to manhole 1
-2 excavations to remove root infested rain water gully and also to carry out 7.7m structural soft felt lining.
-Install new 110mm upvc line from manhole 2 lateral 2 downpipe.
-de-root and liner from manhole 2 to manhole 3
-re-rounding and lining from manhole 5 to 6
-New 110mm upvc line from downpipe connection between manhole 5-6 diverting to nearest manhole approx 6 meters away

Not sure anyone can answer that, depends on the location of each manhole and the amount of work needed to get down there, whether many metres of expensive paving need digging up or it can be done by a chap popping down the hole.
Are you in England or Wales, and is this a formal section 20 consultation document? When you say you are moving do you mean you are purchasing the long lease? If so your solicitor should be asking the other party for an estimate of the costs involved. Have you chosen one who specialises in leasehold? Have you seen LEASE?

Ask the management company for copies of 3 competative quotations with substantiating details for all tenants consideration. At a rough guess it sounds £3k-£4KYou scullion! You rampallian! You fustilarian! I’ll tickle your catastrophe (Henry IV part 2)0
