The bank have no idea why it's not on there! They suspect because it is a pretty old account that there was some fault in them not having it on there.. Who bloody knows anymore!!0 -
Banks can't open accounts for people, without their written permission, so it's not her account.
If your partners signature is the only one on it, the account is his, which gives him (and only him) the power to vary and/or close it.0 -
