Buyer says there isn't the facility to leave feedback?!!

As a seller i leave my feedback in chunks when i get around to it, usually every week or so. I recently had a message from a buyer on my private account which said
'if you want feeback you'll have to leave mine first!!'

no- hi i got the item, pleases or thankyous.
So i ignored as i clearly do not want their feedback as god knows what they'd put.

I bought an item before Christmas, from a fairly new seller. Item was cheap, and arrived quickly, was as described, etc, basically a nice easy transaction.
However, the continuous emails from the seller, which started about 5 minutes after I'd paid (literally) 'reminding' me to leave feedback annoyed me somewhat. He sent at least 2 a day, for almost 4 weeks.
The final email told him that currently, he was getting no feedback, but if he annoyed me one more time, I may have to rethink negatively. Haven't heard from him since, funnily enough.
