Lost Contacts from BB - iPhone via Mac, Help Pls?!

Not sure how this is done but followed the guidelines on the BB Desktop Software but somehow, the Mac's email contacts are on the iPhone and the BB contacts deleted, so I think they might be stored on the Mac.

I'm now stuck as to know what to do, can someone help me as I fear I may have lost my contacts completely!:(:(:(:(:(:(

    Firstly what were you trying to do and, if you can remember, what steps did you perform?
    the Mac's email contacts are on the iPhone
    So, all of the contacts previously on your Mac email address book are now in your iPhone address book. If they were not there previously then did you ever use email on your iPhone?
    the BB contacts deleted
    What is now missing from your blackberry handset - BBM contacts? Email contacts? Phone book?

    no, they were not all in the email address book originally. it was only when i used the BB software on the Mac that it transferred my email addresses across (recently reformatted and I lost the original email addresses on there as I didn't save my data and what I have on now are just a couple of addresses since a couple of weeks ago).
    BB has no 'phone nos. at all other than the nos. on the call list which there weren't many of as i usually clear the list every few days. now it just has email addresses (see above)

    i'm really sorry i haven't got much info that i can supply you with, Ant555 but hope you can still help me please...
