Tesco car insurance help

Hi All


I changed my car due to other one breaking down tesco charged a £15 admin fee and increased my premium by £399 a year when i was changing for a from a 95 car to a 03 car with the same size engine 1.3 which is taking the p
and as im a new driver its like £250 a month and now i am moving in a week and i tryed price comparison for a quote in my new area but tesco will not give a quote for that area

i was wondering where i stand if they dont provide cover for that area what will happen or if they do put they increase the premium again which i will just not be able to afford what can i do ??
if i dont pay and they give my debit to a debit collection agency will i be able to work out something like £40 a month to pay the debit off

all advise would be very grateful
