Getting details from credit file?

Hi, I would like to try and reclaim credit card charges. I can remember some cards i've had but not all. I've moved 3 times in 14yrs. I wondered if I could get info from my credit file and if so would it be listed for all of my previous addresses? Many thanks

So let me get this right.
You are saying you can't remember which cards you had but you do remeber that you incurred charges on those cards?
If the charge was made over 6 years ago (5 years in Scotland) forget it.0
