V5 returned with incorrent keeper details

I recently moved house so sent my V5c away to get the address changed, when it's come back to me I appear to have been married off without my knowledge.

Will the fact the document is in the name of Mrs scubaangel make any difference when I am in fact Miss scubaangel?

I can't think of any circumstances when it would matter (assuming of course that they don't send my Driving Licence back with the same error on it) but am quite loathe to risk sending it back again after a bad experience with them losing documents on several occasions in the past.

I would send it back for correction. Wont cost you anything. Except maybe a stamp?

If they dont send you a replacement after a couple of weeks chase them up.

True, I'll do it eventually but will wait til I get my D.L back from them to check that too before I send it.

Having checked the copy I took of the original one they've quite definately decided I'm married just because they feel like it since the original was Miss - god knows how they get anything complicated right when they managed to make a mistake on a simple change of address!
