Arnold Clark Woes

About 4 months I bought a brand new (pre registered) Hyundai i10. As soon I bought I realised there were a few issues, the most pressing of which was its unwillingness to start in cold temperatures. The car has been back to Arnold Clark three times and each time they say they cannot find a fault and have advised that I should let the fault develop. My worry is this; as the problem is at its height in cold weather I am close to coming out of the period during which I think the fault can be detected. How long should I wait before I demand that they do something about it. My worry is what happens is I leave it another year and another and when I am one month out of warrant there is a catastophic problem with the engine that I will be liable for. Any suggestions?

You have a 5 year warranty so the warranty running out shouldnt be an issue.
Try a different Hyundai dealer, assumimg AC is a hyundai dealer in the first place0 -
If it still has a valid warranty, get it to an authorised dealer for them to sort out. One of these should spin over and start first turn of the key even under a foot of snow. Prepare to leave it with them overnight to let them test the battery, starter and electrics in the cold start conditions.0
