For his safety and the safety of others, I would suggest a driving assessment at some point in the near future. If that other vehicle had been a truck, things would have been much worse. If the other vehicle had been a motorbike, we'd be looking at a dead biker.
Speed has no bearing on this accident at all, we don't know what the speed limit was or the road layout, or about any bends or crests near the accident spot.“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”
