Unfair interst charges from Very

Please could someone give me some advice, I have an account with Very. I have always paid on time and have never missed a payment. Recently I was charged nearly £30 interest on a buy now pay later item. I was making regular payments on it but I only found out recently Very didn't allocate my payments not sure why. then about a week before I was going to make the final payment my item had dissapeared from my account so I assumed i had over paid and I had paid it off because they are not supposed to remove a buy now pay later item until the day the payment is due in my case this was 7th Jan. I have rang them numerous times and sent emails but i am not getting anywhere. I found out this has been reported on my credit file and they have also told them they have not recieved payments since October last year! I am heavily pregnant and this is causing me a lot of stress i really dont need this right now is there another way to deal with this quickly as very just keep ignoring me.:(

    Hi Angelface,

We would be happy to look into this for you - please could you email us at Network@VeryHQ.co.uk & we can access your account & help. If sufficient payments were made to the account to cover both the requested minimum payment and the Buy Now Pay Later item that was charged then we may be able to allocate the payments to your Buy Now Pay Later account.

    Many Thanks

    Dave
