I use my home address. Its free.Counting the beans : £1
Knowing which beans to count : £990 -
Do you have an accountant? I use mine for that and they do not charge me.0

Likewise, accountant offers it as a "free" service
A quick google shows up a few offering lower prices than you are currently paying but you need to check the cost of mail forwarding or anything else which may or may not be included0 -
The only mail forwarded by my current provider is HRMC letters.
My company is dormant at the moment.0 -
£45 a year sounds pretty cheap to me - I pay more than double that!
To be honest, for the hassle of changing your address with Companies House, altering business documentation, invoices, etc, I'd just pay it. What are you going to save? £10? £20?
As others have said, your accountant may let you use their address at no extra cost. Mine was happy to do so, but this didn't suit me.0 -

There probably isn't any "business documentation, invoices, etc" to alter; the OP has stated the company is dormant
Home address is the cheapest solution.
