You mean other hardwares like printer or open the desktop?0 -
The desktop. Common culprits include PSU and motherboard.0
-
And an even more common culprit for electrical items....CHECK THE FUSE IN THE PLUG !!0
-
Would help if you gave the most basic info...what does 'not starting' mean? Is it completely dead (no sound, no lights, no graphics)? If so check mains socket, plug fuse, connector cable, monitor cable, PSU.
If OTOH you mean that it will start up, but won't boot into Windows, then the likely candidates are a failing hard drive or a corrupted OS.
What OS are you running? No free lunch, and no free laptop0 -

The monitor is ok
The printer is ok.
Its the processor that is not powering at all.
I will check the cables and plugs again and advised accordingly

You still haven't answered the questions...by 'processor' do you mean the tower/base unit (the big box)? That unit contains a processor, but it's not a processor.
We are not concerned with the printer. What does the monitor display say? If the PC won't start up at all, there can be no monitor display, except maybe a 'no signal ' message. So how do you know it's OK?
Sorry, but we are not psychic, so unless you give us the requested info then we'll get nowhere fast.
If there is no life at all, and you've checked the socket/fuse/cabling, then the PSU has probably blown, an easy repair for about £25 parts. But this is pure guesswork given the lack of info.No free lunch, and no free laptop0
