I am definitely NOT against immigration - just uncontrolled immigration to one of the smallest countries in the EU.

On here that qualifies you as a racist, bigot and xenophobe.

Isn't it amazing, that someone who chooses to discuss Immigration, feels the need to excuse themselves first by pointing out that they are not against immigration.

I'm sorry you've interpreted my comments that way Sampong - especially as you know nothing about me or my origins.

You misunderstand me sir or madam. What I am pointing out is that there is a culture and attitude among many of the posters on here of labeling somebody a bigot, racist, etc if they dare to speak out against uncontrolled immigration.

It is not a view shared by myself.

I was being somewhat sarcastic but I do not think you are a racist or anything like it.

Unfortunately your sarcasm did not come across in your post however, thank you for clarifying for me.

I can't stand Farrage, his only subjects are the EU and immigration. He could be asked what he had for breakfast and he'd twist it into an anti EU rant. He just loses all credibility with me, he has some good points to make but loses them amongst the ranting.

    Yes.

I find that the green party go on about green things a bit too much.

And the raving loony party? Blimey....their policies are dreamt up by raving loonatics.

Thinking about it.......I just remembered where I got this from. This was told to me in person by a guy called David Challice from UKIP - I didn't ask him to substantiate it at the time as I didn't realise I would be called into question by Mr Ticklepants and asked to prove it.

But, if I dare ask you to use your common sense ( :D:D:D ) there really would be no point in making that up would there?

Why claim to have more policies than the other parties if you don't? You could just say the tory's have more policies than us but we have some good ones........ couldn't you?

What would be the point of making that up?

I suppose that is a little too straightforward :rotfl::rotfl:
Cool. Can I say that I have read that UKIP are a one trick pony and have less policies than either Labour or the tories? (I have not bothered checking this claim either though)

Nige and BoJo may seem good but I think this is due to lack of competition.

I guess it depends if you really mean "good speaker" or "great orator"! I cannot think of any active politicians in the LibDems, Labour or Conservatives I would call a great orator.

The best around in my view are Alerx Salmon and George Galloway.
Absolutely agree. The others are still shaving with their first razor blade, no experience or gravitas whatsoever.

Farage is good value on things like question time, although he sometimes comes across as a rather odious individual (e.g. in his pointless rant about the president of the EU having no personality). His job is basically to go on the telly and point out all the stupid and crap things about Europe and he does a decent job of that.

Wouldn't want him in charge of the economy though, he'd be even worse than....George Osborne.
