Transfers at Mahon Airport/Menorca

My husband and I are spending a week in Santo Tomas in July and need a transfer there from Mahon airport.A taxi for the return journey is £100, which seems steep.

Is there a shuttle bus that goes round the island? If not, can anyone recommend a cheaper taxi company?
