Not everyone is being retested. DS2 got his award through in under two weeks without a medical late last year and I've just had mine renewed without one as well (totally different conditions and a mix of high and mid care and high and low mobility).

Here are my tips: Gather every bit of evidence you can think of, get statements from anyone who knows how it affects you, fill the form in in detail, answer each question as a standalone (i.e. don't require the decision maker to remember what you've said from one question to the next), use dated examples of real incidents and/or include a diary. Use the editable .pdf as the text size adjusts to fill the boxes, then print 2 copies (one for you) and send recorded delivery, make sure you also keep copies of everything you include.
