PC World / Currys lack of customer service?

    no point to make any further complaints, i have lost a few hours of my time and 10£ on my phone, nobody of 5 persons i have spoked to starting from store manager to currys knowhow mangers did no help me with my quaries regarding unfair refusing of paying refund for bought item.
    JUST AVOID THIS COMPANY CURRYS /PC WORLD , they do not care if you satisfied or not with you item, and what is the problem.

    BEFORE YOU HAVE PAID YOU ARE VALUABLE FRIEND , AFTER YOU HAVE PAID YOU ARE REWORKED USELESS RUBBISH FOR THEM.

    Why on earth would you imagine that a shop assistant wants to be your mate? :huh:

    They are there to sell goods, no more, no less.

    I think pasok is just on a meaningless rant that verges on spam. The same post on 4 different Currys threads, some 18 months old.

    Maybe they should look up the words 'Customer Service' and 'Repeat Business"

    Rather than waffle I suggest you spend your money elsewhere.


    When you have store managers calling you mate, technical staff expecting you to do techie stuff, calling you a liar and saying one half of the company doesn't know what they are doing, then that is a bit worrying.

    Quite simply when you buy something, you expect it to work out of the box. You don't expect to have to spend a day arguing with staff when it doesn't.
