Thankyou for replying but how do you e-mail them?
I can't even find an e-mail contact for them. I try to click through on support and contact quidcare and all it tells me is I haven't got any cashback because I haven't ordered from any retailer (well maybe that's because I only used clicksnap so far....) I keep expecting to see a contact box or something but it never appears.
I've tried resubmitting the same receipt with a second picture which has a word file saying they've missed a bottle of coke off. I can't figure out any other way how to contact them

I'm pretty sure I clicked on the support tab at the top of the page then you have the option of selecting the retailer (I chose retailer does not appear in list) I think :cool:
