  • What a div I am! Just condensing the Mullers in the fridge from a couple of weeks back (yes, I did buy 60) and wondered why there was a gap in the dates. Found a few with a use by date of 25 Feb and then a use by date of 3 March. Wondered why there were none for 30th or 31st Feb :o. If I had a brain I'd be dangerous :rotfl:

Didn't really get a chance to get on yesterday after chemo, all got a bit manic.

Mum offered for DS1 to go for his 1st sleepover at hers so got busy packing him a [STRIKE]little[/STRIKE] gigantic bag (how much does a 2 year old need for one night? :rotfl: Then once DH got home we went out with the baby as he is far more portable and tolerant of shopping than DS1 :D Took some bits back that were faulty/wrong sizes and had a little mooch about.
Got home, intended to catch up and fell straight to sleep on the sofa :o

Am impressed with cahback totals so far :) Only started last week and have £8.56 on TCB and £3.70 with 2 more receipts processing on Q. Have been lucky so far and all receipts have gone through no probs :T Have just taken photos and uploaded on laptop

Is bathroom all finished now Miss Laid? Bet it looks great. My bathroom is definitely top of my 'big job' to do list :D
Did anyone recieve the lacoste sample from facebook ?? mine arrived today a 6ml rollerpen, well happy all samples should be at least this size :T

Mine arrived today too. Very impressed :j

You are more then welcome.:T:T:T They are fairly good for dtd there, aren't they? Were they still in the 'normal' place? Did you remember to check the pork loin steaks, pork and beef joints etc? They do tend to replace sel that have been removed by cs. ;) The food mags were right at the bottom of the checkouts.

Welcome to the dtd club.

Thank you for the reminder for what to look out for. After my luck earlier this week with the beef roasts, I went back today and got two pork leg roasts - £24 with £24 DTD. The £6.99/kg are the smaller British pork roasts (union flag on back of packaging). The sel refers to large pork leg roast but wasn't sure if these would count as they are visibly smaller but noticed that in the two places pork was displayed it had two yellow sels with the start of the barcodes - different barcode for the smaller British and larger Netherlands joints (flashed half price), different sel but both yellow showing half price. Was tempted to get more than two but freezer is quite full with beef .

Lamb half leg doesn't seem to have yellow sel but in three stores £8.50 sell/£10.99 on packaging.

In my three DTD deals this week they needed prompting for double on two ocassions.

Don't forget to check the THX hair dryers and stylers they are in 2 places some have gone back up in price. I assume you know there is a price checker in the tins aisle.

Oh drat and double drat, didn't see your post as already on way home  but thanks anyway :A

i had this in st+ff+rd earlier in week with the 2 lamb i got when they only wanted to honour the offer not dtd
then today in another store with the 2 pork i got they tried saying the sel was for another item but the will honour the offer and not dtd. This was until i pointed out the barcodes numbers matched. They tried saying that the sel for mine was actually left on the shelf after he had taken the half price one off so i asked them to show me. The one they tried saying was mine was the boxed pork.
he went in back to print off another sel to match mine and said if im rright he will give dtd. Had to laugh when he came back and said dtd was needed.
45 minutes today and a phone call to cs has produced a £10 gc for my troubles.
why cant staff be trained on the own policys :mad::mad:

oh and in between i got 3 beef and no problems with dtd in another store as they know me:D:D
