The wife is the same artha when ES is in Newcastle can not sleep properly till he comes in always ok I might add but still worries.
If I had daughters now that would be a different matter :eek:

Body time clocks are weird I can have 10 minutes literally on the sofa during the day and stay up 4 hours after DW and then get up an hour before her :eek:

My bed time varies but you are right about the other night as I'd had another one of my unscheduled naps during the day. I really need a more consistent routine. The DVD was actually a Windows 8 tutorial that I'd got from the library. Hardly everyones idea of a bit of late night relaxation:rotfl::rotfl:
