Contact them on their facebook page. I have complained on there a few times about the pp. They are usually pretty good at giving you a result. If people don't complain then they have no reason to rectify things.

Remember that a company may check your reciept but they can't legally retain it!........ Well that's what someone in the know told me once n always worked for me....

If there's a car dismantler yard or the likes nearby phone them and see if they sell the radio's, or have a look at halfords they sometimes have good deals on and check TCB/Quidco if your buying from them as you can order online and collect instore.
