I dont know what karlie does but having watched a few of these junior doctor shows in hospitals, how can you expect anyone to be at the top of their game 36 hours in type thing.
I know from when I worked nights many times I ended up with 2-3 hours sleep because binmen, postmen, kids, people cutting grass etc wake you up and it is a fuzzy world when you are going without sleep reguarly.

Work's tough. Real tough. Making life or death decisions on my own. The lack of senior support is just unbelievable.
Nice to see you this evening Karlie
I can well imagine the pace & lack of senior support.
You've trained at a great hospital, and hope colleagues around you will all be supportive.

I used to be a volunteer on a help line. Nights were killers. I was ok until 4ish and then sickness kicked in and never left until I crawled into bed at 9am. Many a morning I drove home through Durham not remembering my journey.
