If whoopsiequeen is about. Just to let you know that there is a lovely womble waiting for you at your local. I spotted it yesterday:)

As you go into the entrance to A before you hit the service road, there is a lovely long receipt in the bushes. It's about 4 feet up a hill in a load of prickly bushes You will need protective clothing, probably goggles, a Step ladder and a grabby thing.

    Just thought I'd mention it:D

This made me laugh :A but the receipt would have to be 4ft itself for anyone to brave that :rotfl:

I can't find an answer either but I bought 2 Schweppes 2l lemonade on the same receipt and one has tracked  although the confirmation email says purchase price £0.00 and all other conf. emails have the correct price on.

Surely whether it's done manually by a real person or with some computer thingy that goes straight to A and checks the transaction directly, they can see I bought 2 and qualify for 2 payments?

    I'll let you know anyway!

    Confused atm...
hmm, it's really ambiguous and I think it will catch a lot of people out. my thoughts are that you can buy an item three times, BUT in separate transactions. That would be why only one of your lemonade compared smart1e.

I'm hoping to do an A shop tomorrow so will buy things separately. One thing I have worked out is that it's better to shop in A where possible so you get a further 10% off.

I'll try and type up my list in a minute...

I can't believe (well, yes, I can actually!) that I got 2 thanks on my another epic post. I bet some of you just click thanks, without bothering to read the whole lot now, as you know whatever I've said will be right (or if not, if I've made a typo. etc., that I will correct it as soon as I find out).

    Thank you all.:)

(And thanks for those summer photos as well - above and now, it seems, below also.)

Ive been trying to compile a shopping list for A/T/S and using quidco to my advantage but I have a question.... If for example I buy the dettol spray, you can get 50p cb. T&Cs state "this offer can only be redeemed up to 3 times during the offer period". Does that mean I can buy 3 dettol sprays on one receipt to upload or do i have to buy them in 3 separate transactions (and receipts). I is confused ...... :o

From what I've experienced, if the offer says buy one and get 50p for example, you can only have the one item on one receipt.
If you want to claim the offer three times, you need to upload three different receipts, each one having the item on it.(ie not the same receipt three times).
If you bought three of the offer item on one receipt the system only credits you with one lot of cashback.
    Does that make sense? Hth

Hi again Savvy its Ibuprofen tablets (red box in A), paracetamol caplets(,blue box in A) that compare exactly and make a really good filler if like me u have pill popping teens, lol.

Many thanks, and nearly missed your post again (unbelievably) but I've now picked it up!

You've got the other way around to what I had. It was the Paracetamol tablets, that were cheaper - 15p a pack - that compared vs M. (Para. caplets weren't mentioned as they were - i.e. aren't anymore - 19p.)

A bit more info. - which competitor are you comparing to for the results you're having?

I was in Sada this morning but it didn't make sense to get 10 mullers as we are home alone this week, far more mse to eat what there is.

Also I looked all along the tills for fudges, none so I tried the sweeties aisle SEL was 20 p and all the fudges were 20 p ones, also checked for any more wash up liquid, baby boxs and Andrex Eco, none. Forgot about the triple packs of toothpaste, yet again.

So I still have my bigger APG

got a few reduced items though and quite a bit in sainsbobs this afternoon, so much so that we had to do a freezer re- jig to get everything in so the freezer is tidy again.

So as we are now fully restocked iN theory it should now be a no spend week so why then does it never quite work out this way? :D

Had a lovely day out today. We took a wee drive to Ardersier, parked up and walked along the shore for a while collecting shells with DD. Then went on to Fort George, but you've got to pay to get right in, so being [STRIKE]the tightwad[/STRIKE] MSE as we are we declined and wandered around the edges instead :rotfl:
We are actually planning on going back though, it looks rather interesting. Then we went into Nairn to have a play on the beach there

Keep a look out for free days - it is a National trust site and they do at least one free day a year. I love it out there - it is amazing but too expensive to go regularly. Cracking day today in Sneck!!:T

Looks like they have at least admitted a problem!!! Now just fix it please :(:(

What is going on with tesco price promise. I entered a receipt Wednesday 13th Feb and still haven't had a result back. When I re-enter it it says it's already been received and to check email inbox. Hardly within the 24 hour period promised. Can it be looked into please?

      Tesco Hi Esther,

There are a few problems at the moment with the system, we're trying to fix this. We're looking to get everything back to normal. We apologise for the inconvinience of this.

  • This may or may not be useful to people but I've tried to work out various shops and then taken into account Quidco. Ive only done it for things I would buy, not everything.

To buy in an AvT shop
    Ginsters £1.68 v £1 (also £1 in S). 50p back from quidco
    Birds eye chicken dippers 42 pack £4.25 v £3 (also £3 in S). £1 back from quidco
    Dettol 500ml spray £2.48 v £1 (£1 in S). 50p back from quidco
    Nutella 400g £1.90 v £1.50. 50p back from quidco

Im also buying tropic50 x 2 from T (use 2 x 50p mocs from the real food mag and get 50p back from quidco).

And from S, I will get petit filous yogurt 6 pack x 2 that are 2 for £2 and then get 50p quidco back. schweppes lemonade is £1 in S and you can get 35p back on that.

Sorry about the long post, didnt mean to do a savvy ;) It's just what I've worked out from MyS, quidco and A.com.
