So do mars bars. 50p. Bananas 25p too unless you've done it already, of course.
I did the mars bars today. Finally, a benefit I can get by using the co-op up the road :j

Thank you all.:)

Anyhoo, evening all
Had a lovely day out today. We took a wee drive to Ardersier, parked up and walked along the shore for a while collecting shells with DD. Then went on to Fort George, but you've got to pay to get right in, so being [STRIKE]the tightwad[/STRIKE] MSE as we are we declined and wandered around the edges instead :rotfl:
We are actually planning on going back though, it looks rather interesting. Then we went into Nairn to have a play on the beach there
It's amazing what a difference a bit of blue sky and sun makes
Lovely day though.Love your Mum, you'll never get another one when she's gone.0 -

Lovely day in Norfolk. DS1 loved looking at the boats and had a little play on the beach :j
Got home though and wasn't feeling too wellSpoke to hospital and then out of hours service. Within the hour i'd got an appt at the emergency care centre in the next town, been seen, been given antibiotics and got home. Brilliant service :T
Anyway, am all curled up on the sofa now enjoying Sunday night TV whilst catching up
Hope you are all ok
Take care and have an easy day tommorow

linky here plus more tips
This does work, my Nan used to do it a lot, but beware, as soon as the bread is cold again it sets like concrete!essex girl in exile0 -

I know people do read it. And you're quite right - it all comes out as if I'm talking. (Haven't got the effort to think beforehand and make it concise - just write whatever I am thinking. In fact, brain straight to page, no filtering mechanism...)
It reads like notes - or riddles perhaps when I now go and look back at the above paragraph I've typed (and will now post). Not to worry perhaps - sometimes the conversations in the pubs are just as well thought-out!!:rotfl:
Come on, anyway... I've been off these long posts for a short while and just true back to form again. (All feedback I'm getting on here being considered however - and you do (try to!) keep me in line and after this long-post temporary aberration (or, on the contrary perhaps, after this norm), I'm sure I'll return to more snappy single-line comment (either in aberration or back to normal, depending on your view).)0 -
