Hi, yes it's really easy to do from a PC. (I'm the same as you, I only have a basic phone for when I'm out).

All I do is scan my receipt and upload it onto TCB (it's in the pull down tab under Offers).

I uploaded wombled receipts yesterday and £1.15 was already payable within a few hours of uploading.

Hadn't thought about wombling for this - but makes sense. Kids have been wittering about wanting to womble but we are so far away usually wet and dark - but think getting out early next week (half term) is in order - will have to train them not to say loudly "I've found one!" - bless em :rotfl:

have you tried registering as a new customer using the same email address?
this happened to me, so i tried to re register and it then wouldnt let me, because it recognised my email address as being on their records. It let me send for a password reminder.

They did reset all passwords to lowercase some time ago, so if you had any Capital letters in your password try using all lowercase ones x

They also go dormant after 6 months

Panicked when I saw this as my ds & dil are in middle of a holiday there at the moment! They're touring by car! Anyway checked the link that was posted yesterday & they issued a statement yesterday saying:

However, the FHP will not take enforcement action based solely on the lack of an International Driving Permit.'

One to keep an eye on if one's planning a trip there.
