Hi All,
I am having some issues trying to close my account with littlewoods after receiving poor service.
As any one else had this problem and can anyone help?
I have been contacting them by their online inquiry facility and by email but they just keep sending me round in circles and getting responses from different customer service agents. I refuse to ring there premium rate number but don't seem to be getting anywhere.

Straight to customer services. They'll request closure over the phone and 161837 will send you a letter confirming closure
(You won't be put through to a retentions department, you may get asked why but don't hold your breath)
Don't call the quoted number for first, unless you want the run around0 -
Hi jgibson84,
We're sorry to hear that you are going to be closing your account and that you have had issues in doing so.
An account can only be closed once you have received a statement confirming that you have a zero balance. If you would like to email us at Help@Littlewoods.co.uk and we will be able to send an email over to our Underwriting team requesting that the account is closed. If you have not received your statement confirming a zero balance yet, they will be able to diarise your account for when the statement is printed and can then close your account for you.
Many Thanks
Lizzie
