Halifax Credit Card Advice needed

Hi I'm hoping somebody can give me a little advice with my problem,

In a nutshell I have the aforementioned Credit Card I no longer use it and haven't for a long time I currently owe around 4K on the balance,the minimum payments are around £110 per month....which I cannot make anymore.....I've been paying that payment forever and it's barely scratched the surface....I now find myself in a rut and unable to make the payments

I have looked into options such as a loan to pay off the CC but the monthly payment was just as much if not more.....no chance of a balance transfer since my credit rating is bad.....im running out of options and becoming equally frustrated and stressed as to how I'm going to tackle this issue
