Selling bike on eBay

Hi I am about to put a bike on eBay, am I right in thinking do not accept PayPal, cash collection only?
I was thinking if someone insists on PP and collection I will cancel sale and risk poor FB.
If I send it via courier, can you reccomend ways that will prevent scamming?

I sold 2 bikes on ebay last year, i had bike boxes that the new ones had come in so i couriered them, have to say that by offering delivery i probably got 2 or 3 times more for them than if they had been collection only, if you are in a very urban area then this may not be the case. If you don't want to courier then definitely do not accept paypal.0
