And not a peep from a buyer of something I sold on E.Bay despite an invoice and a reminder being sent.

You can open a non paying buyer thingy exactly 4 days after auction ended, so do it now!
(then if they don't pay in the next 4 days, close it, and get your fees back!)Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
