    It's the agent's job to pass all offers to the vendor, he is employed by the vendor, he gets paid by the vendor. This is a dishonest agent. Avoid.

    I'd so this. Worth noting that it's just £3, too. (We recently bought the title register for £3; it contains the full information of the owners)
