I have never used it and have not got any statements yet (to check the back side).
In my online account I see:
  • You can pay your bill online using our bill payment service if you have a Halifax current account.
  • Direct debit.
I don't see a debit card payment option and don't have a current account with them (I do have an old 'web saver' though with a similar functionality).

Is it really impossible to pay by a debit card?

In the general information about all CCs I see:
Bank Sort Code no: 80-20-45
Bank Account no: 00213765

Can anyone confirm that this is the correct details for all Halifax CCs, including Clarity? I assume that I can pay by FP from another bank or from my Halifax web saver (despite they saying that it has to be a current account).
