    Its only 46.4 because thats how many weeks you work, 5.6 weeks are holidays. Another easy way to work out your entitlement is to multiply your hours/days/weeks worked by 12.07% so if you worked for 46.4 weeks then multiply this by 12.07% you get 5.6;)

    I have always been paid BH and my payroll always worked out my 20 days holiday / 52 weeks meaning we accrued 0.38 days per week worked as we never work bh. Confused now.
