Hi,
I know I'm not strictly at the right place but I'm now starting to loose the plot.
We are a very small business and after being bitten by BT  I'm hoping to find a cheaper and much kinder alternative. We had to downsize and the new premises does have a BT line installed but I'd like to stay clear of them. I thought about using mobile internet and mobile phone but we are at an area not very well covered for mobile signal. I've looked into quite a few telecom companies alternative to BT but the reviews on them are dreadful.
Does anyone out there have a good experience with telecom suppliers? We just need a bog standard landline and broadband we can use.
Thanks in advance.

Just as there is more than one mobile signal (there will be 4), unless tou live in Hull or a Virgin cable area - BT will still be your line provider, you'll just pay someone else.
Not all suppliers will accept SME's, preferring to offer the less mission critical consumer products. Perhaps if you explain what BT did, it might become clearer?0 -
Plusnet Business will take you on http://www.plus.net/business/phone/ (They are a BT subsidiary run at arms length but normally have a good reputation ).0
