Not really much to go on is it?

A link to the contact page which shows email, phone and an address.

When did you contact them? By what means? What about?

If you paid by card, contact your card issuer and instigate a chargeback.

    Read about chargebacks here...

If you paid by paypal, I believe you are already too late to raise a 'item not received' dispute.

Would also drop a email to nominet about their address being withheld
  • I have also purchased £98.93 worth of sweets from online-sweets also trading as bestbritishsweets. Payment went through on 8 July 2014 and to date I have not received any items. I have e-mailed them 6 x on all the e-mail addresses and left 2 voicemails on their unanswered phone but no - one gets back to me. Do I now contact my credit card company?

Yes. Open a Chargeback case for non-delivery of goods.
