Transfering MP3 from PC to my Tmobile Rapport(Andriod)

Hello guys,
I have a cheap andriod phone called Tomile rapprt which appears to be a decent phone but i cant just figure out how to transfer MP3 file from my PC to it. Two things happen when i connect the phone to my PC; 2 prompt will come;
1) ‘’Found new hardware’’ which require a CD
2) Anotherone is CD Drive Mobile Patner (comprises of view pictures etc…)
What can i do?

Load the drivers on.

Try out the AirDroid app and you can do it from within your browser without the need to connect the phone to your PC.0 -

Unfortunately the Driver does not come with it. I will download the app as suggested and see how it goes.0
