Same in Tesco and some other shops. Cereal companies are reducing packet sizes/ changing ingredients so need new barcodes. To stop different products on shelf at once they are reducing old packet sizes to make room for new ones. Bigger shops would have sold out before the price cuts for old packets came down

Quite a few 'dump baskets' scattered around the cereals aisle in our large Asda today. Mixed cereals, didn't take too much notice as don't buy cereals. But managed to pick up Nutri-Grain Bars, Nutri-Grain Bakes and some Cereal Bars all for 99p a box.MSE Addiction, should come with a health warning:money:0

Checked Morissons today and there were lots of 750g boxes of cereals at half price, including Shreddies and Shredded Wheat, also quite a few varieties of cereal bars. They were just in the normal places in the cereal aisles.0
