Sports Direct

I placed an order on sports direct for saturdat delivery, Well yodel finally delivered it at 18:30

I order 7 items, socks, boxer shorts, sweatshirt and x2 poloshirts.

What are my rights for a refund because the x2 poloshirts wasn't in the package.

What will sportsdirect say to me, Very worried incase they wont believe me or refund me.

Total is around £18 for both.
Advice please.

Why not call them tomorrow and say you havent received all that you ordered ?

I will, But i just wanted advice on what to expect or what rights i have incase they start saying they cant do anything.

Sports Direct are crap. They will almost certainly insist it was all sent out correctly. When this happens, you have two options:

1) Realise Sports Direct are crap, never shop with them again and tell your friends and family to do the same.

2) Formally complain, and finally attempt a small claims court action against them, which given you have no evidence to back up your claim stands little chance of success.

Yes the tshirts were on the invoice / delivery note, But that still doesn't help me to where my tshirts are.

I just wanted some advice on how to deal with this matter.

Called sports direct and they refunded me for the polo shirts, And good will refunded the £6.99 delivery charge.

Would say thanks to people here, but you lot were more interested on asking if the item was on delivery note.

In fairness orders get split. So if the polo shirts were out of stock they would be sent later and would not feature on the delivery note. The delivery note is a record of what should be in the parcel, not what was ordered.
