I bought my glasses from Vision Express well over three years ago. The other day the bit under one of the lenses broke and the lens fell out. Went to their shop and fully expected to pay a fee for having them fixed. The staff were very helpful and friendly, asked me to call back in an hour. When I went back they handed me my repaired glasses and said there was no charge.
I think that is very good service and I will definitely use Vision Express again when I need glasses in the future.
