    Hi Lizzie.

Thank you! Clearly I am not a biologist though I did think they looked a bit odd.

£87 on the farrier who was over an hour late and £5 on a secondhand jumper for work.

You only have to look at the mortgage free wannabe board to see what is wrong with housing stock.

Most seem to be intent on buying a second home to let out. There needs to be legislation to stop this. A house should NEVER be an investment, as incrementally it prohibits other people from owning their own house and maybe becoming mortgage free at some point in the future.

I like the idea of renting out a second property, but in socially aware enough to know that it is not in societies interest for me to do so.

I completely agree. The attitude of 'must BTL' is lumping generations to come with completely unsustainable debts.

Yes. The current postholder is leaving because her line manager is so horrible.
I have met the line manager and she is not exaggerating!
It is temporary with no particular sign of it becoming permanent.

It will get in the way of remortgaging if I am on a temporary contract.

I might end up jobless at the end of the year.

Other than that it looks pretty good!
