Conked out at 7 pm last night!
I really have to lose weight.
I have been flirting with the idea. Any words of wisdom for me?

£6 is very good for a coat. Only words of wisdom on the weight loss front are to shop more often as if you have lots of supplies in the house, you eat more.
But sadly it isn't very MSe. Helen on HelenDavekids thread is the one to share tips with as she has lost loads.
Squirrel xPaid off mortgage nine years early in 2013. Now picking and choosing our work to fit in with the rest of our lives!
Still thrifty though, after all these years:D0 -

The answer is ish! I set my goal at 1200 but eat what I burn always. So make my net 1200 but more commonly have actually consumed 1600+.
My Fridays were always way over as its one of the only days I rarely exercise as at work on long day, so I haven't any spare exercise calories and its my wine night. On this day, I try and be extra careful what I eat, which is easier as I'm at work, so I can only eat what I take, as I never take money. I still go over but not massively.
If I can be careful at work, generally I have leftover calories but evening snacks, which has always been the worst time for me.
The trick is finding snack that is low calorie but still hits the mark. Such as yoo moo ice cream, snackrite crisps, Freddie, and recently discovered hartleys Jelly pots, 6calories!
I have become very much this is MY diet and I do what I want and spend my calories how I want to, so no fruit teas, leafy vegetables, etc for me as I don't like them.
Sometimes people are surprised what I will eat, last night rock candy and crunches, Dave said is the diet over now? No, but I had spare calories, having done body pump and abs blast. I fancied something sugary.Morgage till Nov 30 GOAL MFW Sept 2016Aug 11 - £100k Aug 2016.... It's GONE!!!!!
