    In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!

    The news is not so good on the aga front. I think I had allowed oil to get in the vermiculite packing...hence the fumes.

    I hope so!
    I have bought some replacement vermiculite and our guy is comjng tomorrow to do it.

    DH will be in the hot seat though as I have to take the lo e ranger and tonto to an all day rally.

    Paid off mortgage nine years early in 2013. Now picking and choosing our work to fit in with the rest of our lives!
    Still thrifty though, after all these years:D

    I confess to buying four job lots of things to sell on for profit.

    I think a car boot sale may be more effective though.
