    Creative excuse 9/10 :)
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!

You're as funny as a woman who has nearly paid her mortgage off.

:( Would a dodgy hug help? :grouphug:
Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Point them to https://www.AtaLoss.org which does for bereavement support what MSE does for financial services, providing links to support organisations relevant to the circumstances of the loss & the local area. (Link permitted by forum team)
Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.

  • Hope you enjoyed your drink last night and can't agree more about work. Good, bad, good, totally soul destroying and then the best job in the world. That is teaching.....

Are you on strike on Thursday? We are closing for the day.

Blue is right Ed. Is that what sobriety does for you?!

You are so right Squirrel. I need to practise my professional detatchment.

Tantrum central here today. DD2 who is six had to go out in her wellies because she wouldnt get dressed first, or third time of asking. I would have taken her out in pjs if needs be.

    DS joined in.

Took three musketeers out to run errands while DH did examining. Vet bill £133. Li $ l £90. £5 present for party next week. £7 sandwich toaster. Already a hit. £5 pair of snowboots for DD2. Just the weathef for it! £99 diesel. £29 flowers and card for Mum. Her 69th tomorrow. Also dropped off lawnmower for mending #2. Made 10 000 toasted sandwiches. Took ponyplops out and wormed her.

Failed to convince DH to take the night off exam marking.

The insomnia is back. Spot the connection. Is it correlation or causation??!!
