Hope bug soon clears and you get to enjoy the sun today.
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!

    Thanks everyone.
Managed to get up and make bacon butties for the troops. I have lost a measly four pounds.
Just sat down with the cc statement and discovered mr t had not refunded me for an undelivered order as promised. £118 no small fry. £20 in vouchers from them by way of apology.
  • Oh dear. I prescribe another day off tomorrow. Hope you feel bettered soon,

Thanks Squirrel. You know how it is...the responsible thing would be to stay off tomorrow but I cant help thinking school wont see it that way.

    Thank you.
On the mend and back to work tomorrow. Just found out I am going to exam board training in London in April. That will be jolly.
I am such a bumpkin DH has to tell me how to work the funny undergound train thingy.

Aww bless - if it makes you feel any better, when I went to Wimbledon the first time with my mum (I was 18, mind) I suddenly realised what the Wombles were singing about when they said "Underground Overground...." and I announced it to her and she just quelled me with a look!!

I can't pass through on the District Line (that's the green one) without chuckling now. And given I live at the other end of the District Line in Richmond (still the green one, keep up) that's a lot of lunatic chuckling!
