PIP points - do they pick the highest or take an average?

Just looking thru the points system for the upcoming PIP and would like to know how they score the sections..
Based on the info we gave for my OH's DLa papers last year, according the the PIP points for sections 1 - 10 they would score:

Do they rtake the highest score from this section - which would be 8 or do they take an average, which would be just over 5..
Then fof the mobility section the points would be:
10

Maybe one for Roger or Richie to assist with?
