Spell check for Internet Explorer

I have started using the home PC a lot more and can't seem to find out how to add or use the spell check! I do a lot of social networking and E commerce for my job and need to post quickly with correct grammer. Can anyone point me in the right direction to something that can help please?

I used this until I saw the light and started using a decent browser which spell checks automatically

But only from version 10 of IE, it seems.
