Spell check for Internet Explorer

I have started using the home PC a lot more and can't seem to find out how to add or use the spell check! I do a lot of social networking and E commerce for my job and need to post quickly with correct grammer. Can anyone point me in the right direction to something that can help please?

Firefox for me, but cue Chrome and Opera users ...

AFAIK, spill chuckers only test spelling but not grammar in real time. But I could be wrong.

But only from version 10 of IE, it seems.

I have tried it and it does seem to work correctly.
