Jazzyj ; on a scale of 1 - 10 just how excited are you to see what new offers appear on Monday :)

    Err 20 :D

I love TCB, obviously the problem I have I hope will be resolved hence not wanting to post about it as yet.
It came to my attention a few days ago so thats not too much of an issue.

I was just cheesed off today because I wanted to get info about another CB app (hedging my bets :) and after reading several posts about submitting wrong items and being paid etc etc I just gave up.
I am obviously concerned that the system will be removed through abuse as it helps me as I am sure it does others.

I have just tried the other app and am impressed so far but I still believe that it is easier to have individual threads so if you only use one it is related to you........does that make sense?

At the moment its all a learning curve and I am looking like a shop lifter milling about trying to work out the best deals lol. I bought Weetabix for £2.39 and after getting home saw posts on then being £1.25 in Tesco Express -- ahh well I am still happy with them but worst thing was I was in Tesco Express lol.

Thanks everyone, didn't know about this until I seen it on here, what a fab way to use TCB.
Just a quick question, I know it says you can only submit the offer once in a seven day period, does that mean you can only submit the one receipt? Just say I bought some stuff from Asda then some stuff from Tesco, would I be able to send the two receipts or do you have to get all the offers from the one shop? TIA.

You can upload more than one receipt. :)
You can only submit the offer once relates to the actual offer item so if you buy the pizza and claim the CB you can't claim again for the pizza within seven days. HTH

I had a little problem with TCB regarding the £1 cashback for Fish Fingers being declined. It was resolved very quickly and from my understanding it was a computer error which caused the problem, not people submitting incorrect receipts for items as mentioned on the combined thread.

As I mentioned in this thread recently, TCB have not paid me for a genuine referral but after bringing this to their attention and being accused of having a duplicate account it has all been resolved. I can imagine many people referring none existant friends/family members to try and claim an extra referral bonus and this is probably why the genuine referrals are not going though. I think TCB should only pay out the referral bonus if the new referral can provide some sort of ID to make sure the referral system is not being abused.

I contacted them about not getting my referral bonus when I referred my son. They have his bank account details, which is in his name so I think that proves he is not me. I suppose he could have given them a paypal account, or simply asked to be paid in Amazon vouchers though, and that way people could open up any number of fake referrals.

It turns out that the problem with my son's referral is that the Domino's offer doesn't count towards the £10 payout, not that they suspect I am scamming them with a 'fake' family member.

This could be the reason why my referral bonus wasn't pending in my account. Although my partner has earned more than £10 now on top of the Domino's offer, the referral bonus is still not pending. They have looked into both accounts again and said it would appear in a couple of days but I can't see this appearing without it being manually added.

It looks like TCB have extended some of the offers until 11th March so probably not as many new offers to be added (if any) tomorrow.

Why does the Domino's offer not count? I must of missed something.

EDIT Doh cancel that, I was at cross purposes. So it doesn't count in relation to a referral bonus ( jeez thats naff, not that it affects me but all the same!

TCB must of changed it recently, I was looking a while ago :(

The Domino's offer was a free pizza after cashback. I couldn't see anything in the T&C's regarding Domino's cashback not being counted towards a referral bonus so unless they have recently added something after the offer then there is nothing that states this (going to have a look and see).

I was looking forward to the new offers on snap & save tomorrow but I get a feeling there won't be any new ones since they have extended the end date on 15 of the current offers. People complain when the dates are shortened and I bet they complain when they are extended (due to new offers not being added) they can't please us :rotfl:

Mine isn't updated yet? I must have a time-lapse on mine LMAO they all say either the 3rd or 11th still.

Well..........no I guess there is no pleasing us but we can't help getting excited about new offers, not that we lead sad lives or anything lol just puts a little bit of sparkle back into the mundane chore of shopping......OK that sounds sad  (mental note to oneself - need to get out more)

On a positive note at least we can give the shops a miss:T
