Just a quick one.
Shoelaces on my Hi-Tec walking shoes were becoming a little frayed.
Had a look at the Hi-Tec website, but they don't sell them.
Used the "contact us" form to ask which retailers would sell the laces I needed, after a couple of e-mails back and forth, I was told a pack of ex-display laces were in the post.
Why can't all retailers be like this?
Friendly and professional. I will definitely use Hi-Tec products again.
