    G_M - I asked for an opinion, R P W gave it. whereas yourself have went and made comments like "I hate people who gazump", "Unreliable and fickle". Who are you to judge my reliability.

    The reason I created this thread was because of the surveyor telling me to negotiate.

    I havent been scouring your posts, I read the other thread yesterday where the OP was seeking advice for their housing situation and not whether they should have an abortion. It's insensitive comments like this which show your opinions are worthless.
