Online payments - anyone used Cashflows?

We run a small events and training company and have upscaled operations this year and need to run online payments and some kind of phone card processing/virtual terminal option.
Am getting bogged down in the whole gateway/merchant account business. Up to now we used Paypal which at least had the benefit of fairly easy merchant-account/gateway integration.
Have chanced upon something called Cashflows (founded by the same guy who launched Worldpay) and the pricing plan and what you get for it seem to be very good. An all-in-one solution that seems pretty agreeable:

And just for the record I have no affiliation with them, just wondering if there are any plaudits/horror stories out there!
